UPSI signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS) Republic of South Korea on 11 September 2008 at UPSI.  The agreement initiates One Year Exchange Program (3+1 Exchange Program) in Sport Science program.  To date, the program has involved more than 46 exchange students between both institutions.
