CLIENT'S CHARTER

BHA strives to provide the following quality services:

  • Ensure all the process for International Student Visa and Student Pass are addressed accordingly and completed within 90 working days after receive completed application.

  • Ensure that all complaints are entertained and given feedback within 7 working days

  • Ensure that at least 15 visits from International Delegations are managed in a year by following the respective ‘Standard Operating Procedure’.

  • Ensure at least 2 activities for international students are coordinated in a year.

  • Ensure internationalization activities are promoted through participation in international promotions and official visits abroad according to the needs of the university.
