CLIENT'S CHARTER
BHA strives to provide the following quality services:

Ensure all the process for International Student Visa and Student Pass are addressed accordingly and completed within 90 working days after receive completed application.

Ensure that all complaints are entertained and given feedback within 7 working days

Ensure that at least 15 visits from International Delegations are managed in a year by following the respective ‘Standard Operating Procedure’.

Ensure at least 2 activities for international students are coordinated in a year.

Ensure internationalization activities are promoted through participation in international promotions and official visits abroad according to the needs of the university.
