• A clear copy of passport (all pages-please note that the passport must be at least within 18 months activation period) (4 pages in 1 A4 paper)

• 4 pieces of passport sized photo (with WHITE background 5.75 cm x 7.40 cm) (write your full name at the back)

• A copy of Offer Letter.

• An acceptance letter (Please indicate the nearest Malaysian Embassy/ Consulate Office) Click here.

• The Certified/ Original Health Report (use the UPSI health report form) Click here.

• A copy of relevant academic qualification certificates.

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) for students from Sub Sahara country/ LOE for Federal Republic of Nigeria.
