Document(s) to be provided by the student:

• A copy of Offer Letter stating that the student has been offered placement to undergo a Mobility Course in Malaysia

• A Confirmation Letter from the student's current overseas university to prove that the applicant is enrolled as a full-time student

• A letter from student’s university that indicates you are involved/ enrolled in the Exchange Program

• A copy of student's ID Card (certified as a true copy by the student's current university)

• Copies of Passport pages which contain the following:

- Passport information page​

- Observation Page (extensions, Clarifications of Name and Previous Passport Numbers)

- All Visa information

• Attend pre-Arrival medical Screening at EMGS registered clinics

• Soft-copy of passport sized photo (with white background)

• Letter of Eligibility (For Iran and Sudan only)

• Personal Bond stamped by In-Land Revenue Board (IRB)/LHDN (will be prepared by the International Affairs Division)

• An Acceptance Letter (Please indicate the nearest Malaysian Embassy/ Consulate Office) Click here
