UPSI-China Offshore Office

UPSI has set up Offshore Office in People Republic of China on 18 May 2015 with the aim to attract more students from China market. The services provided by Offshore Office include:

 

• To provide real and reliable information about UPSI and its programs offered to applicants, do consultancy about application procedures.

• To examine and verify students’ application documents, submit to UPSI after careful screening

• To send offer letters to the successful students once we receive from UPSI

• To provide visa application information and assistance for those who are accepted by UPSI

• To help all the successful applicants apply single entry visa in visa center, Malaysia Embassy in Beijing, which save students’ money and time because they don’t need to rush to Beijing to apply if we do it for them.

• To organize pre-departure training for all the successful applicants in which students can learn Malaysian culture, customs and UPSI discipline for international students in advance lessening students’ difficulty in adapting to the university life and new environment and reducing UPSI’s difficulty in management accordingly.

• To accompany all successful applicants to UPSI and help them in registration, accommodation, money exchange and other activities related, lessen their homesickness.
