FRIENDLY REMINDER

It is your RESPONSIBILITY as an international student to take note of the Expiry Date of your Student Pass.

Please submit all the specified documents to the International Affairs Office TWO MONTHS before the expiry date of your current student pass.

Failure to do so will cause you to be PENALIZED to pay an amount of RM 400.00 to the International Affairs Division on behalf of the management.

You can also be PENALIZED up to RM 1,100.00 by the Malaysian Immigration Department.

It is your responsibility to maintain your legal status at all times while you are in Malaysia.
-
Students who allow their Student Pass to expire are considered as having overstayed in the country.
-
In this case the student’s entry into Malaysia in the future may be affected.

Dear international students,​

Effective 1st April 2015, all visa & application will be processes by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS).
-
Application submission must be made through International Affairs Division (IAD) Office.
-
However, there are revisions to the charges and rates for all Student Pass which are implemented by EMGS.
-
For any pass that expires later than 1st April 2015, the pass will be changed according to the new rate applied by EMGS.
